- Acted for a local telecommunications provider in the initial public offering of 11,400,000 ordinary shares in the company.
- Advised an Abu Dhabi Bank in relation to the offering of USD 100 million notes by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury on behalf of the Government of Maldives.
