- Acting for the largest international airport operator in the construction of the new international terminal and runway, including advise on the full suite of projects related agreements and documents.
- Acting for the EPC Contractor on a USD 500 million project that involves the construction and development of a bridge and causeway. The project is intented to connect the capital city of Maldives with a new international port envisioned at Gulhifalhu and an industrial zone at Thilafushi.
- Acted for a Singaporean bank as local counsel in the project finance for the construction of 7,000 housing units in Hulhumale' Phase II.
- Acted for a Thai Party in the reclamation, construction and development of an integrated tourist resort project in the Maldives with a total of 367 rooms located in two resorts.
- Acted for a Singaporean party in the reclamation, construction and development of 4 tourist islands with a total of 239 rooms located in two resorts.
