Mariyam Zaamaa Zaid is a Trainee Associate at S&A Lawyers LLP. She assists across litigation, dispute resolution, employment, corporate and regulatory matters, with experience in the tourism and hospitality, infrastructure and projects, real estate sectors. Her work includes preparing pleadings, legal research, supporting hearings and arbitrations, handling employment cases before the Employment Tribunal and courts, and contributing to corporate mandates such as due diligence and contract drafting. She is also engaged in major financing and acquisition projects, including cross-border deals involving regulatory issues in the Maldives, and is currently supporting an IPO alongside three international banks. Zaamaa holds an L.L.B from Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
